Important Coronavirus Office Update

To Our Valued PBH Families:

As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds, we are taking very seriously the health of our patients and families and our responsibility to protect our community at large. Based on recent CDC recommendations and guidance from Governor Baker, we are implementing the following actions to exercise our due diligence in mitigating the COVID-19 Pandemic.

We will no longer be seeing patients in person in our office for therapy or medication appointments. We will provide all therapy and medication appointments via Telemedicine (online) through at least May 4, 2020. You will be called prior to your first online appointment with instructions as to how to access your sessions from home. There will be no Telemedicine surcharge for these sessions.

Neural Health Therapies will continue with in-office interventional neuromodulation services, with continued TMS and ketamine infusions.

Please take this time to come together as a community and take our national and local leadership’s recommendations seriously. Adhere to social distancing guidelines to protect our most vulnerable citizens and flatten the curve. Reach out for help if needed, and take an extra few minutes to check-in with family and friends during this uncertain time.

Mental Health is a highly important part of overall health and during times of stress, symptoms often increase. Continued, uninterruped treatment is recommended. We are here for you and will continue to provide you and your family high quality care, just on line.

Sincerely,

PBH / NHT
