Office Hours: PBH is open on week days and evenings, and our Educational Advocate is available on Saturdays as well. Individual clinicians' schedules vary, but generally we schedule first appointments in the morning, when children are usually at their best and the office is quiet. While it is hard to miss school, you only come to your first appointment once. Follow-up appointments can be scheduled in the afternoon or evenings.
Please Note: Because our clinicians work different hours and days, they may not be able to call you back right away. Each clinician's voice mail should say when they are in the office and everyone tries hard to return your calls as soon as possible on the days that they are in. While we want to answer your questions, please remember that clinicians have to call you back between patients and other demands, and they may not be able to spend the time with you that they would like. If you need more urgent help and feel you cannot wait until the clinician's next day in the office, leave a message with the receptionist explaining your needs and we will try to have someone help you. Of course, for emergencies, call the emergency line!

If you or your child have an urgent problem and wish to speak with the PBH Emergency On-Call Clinician: call the main number, 508-835-1735, and follow the instructions for the emergency line. Leave a detailed message. The voicemail system will page the on-call clinician, who will call you back. Be sure to leave a phone number!
